Plans for 1500 homes on behalf of Co-Ownership clients over the next 3 years (to March 2012).

In view of the very high levels of interest in Co-Ownership and with the aim of keeping the scheme accessible to potential first time buyers, there is a quota system for applications. 

We believe the quota is our best route at this time to try to help as many eligible applicants as possible to purchase a home through Co-Ownership on an ongoing basis.

How the quota works:

• The quota size can vary from month to month, and is announced in advance.
• Applications are taken into the office on and from the first working day of each month for a qualifying period.  The qualifying period is the date(s) on which we receive applications to count towards the quota.
• All application forms are logged in order of receipt. 
• Applications received outside the qualifying period will be returned.
• The quota is then filled by means of a draw of the applications received.
• We will be rolling quota numbers forward during the year and flexing them up or down as we can.  Details will be announced on our website and to all registered estate agents and financial advisers by email bulletin.
• Quotas will be published on this webpage. Use the Subscribe to Updates facility if you would like an email alert when this happens.

How the draw works:

• All applications received during the qualifying period go forward into a draw. Click here for further information.
• The applications are drawn out in order for assessment, before they are assessed.
• All incomplete forms are returned, and do not count towards the quota. 
• We will write in every case to confirm the status of the applications received.
• The draw arrangements give you information on delivering your application.
