Staircasers
Staircasing is when you increase the share you have in your property, either in parts or all at once.
When you decide to sell your property on the open market, this is also staircasing.
You may staircase at any time.
When you staircase, you are in charge of the whole process. We will help where we can, but you are responsible for liaising with all of the people/organisations involved to make things happen. Typically you may find yourself dealing with
- your mortgage lender
- your solicitor
- your estate agent
- the estate agent/vendor of any property you are hoping to buy next
- Co-Ownership
