Our top tips for vendors looking for a speedy sale -

The price agreed must be within the current top price for Co-Ownership in your council area.
Your estate agent is working on your behalf in the sale of the property. We will keep him up to date throughout so he can answer any questions.
Please make sure that your agent sends in the paperwork to Co-Ownership as quickly as possible. We start work immediately on receipt, and aim to have everything sorted within 10 days.
Our valuer will need access to the property. The sooner he gets in, the sooner everything can be sorted.
