Strategy revealed

Co-Ownership Housing launches its new 3 year delivery strategy and immediate action plan for affordable home ownership.
Speaking at Co-Ownership's annual review on 25 June 2007, Chief Executive Alan Crowe launched the new 3 year delivery strategy and immediate action plan.
"We are keen to get our message across, and so I am delighted to see a packed audience for today's strategy launch."
"We aim to maximise the home ownership opportunities available, influence housing policy and deliver affordable homes throughout Northern Ireland."
"The local housing market is going through a lot of changes, and so there are important changes we need to make to ensure that Co-Ownership continues to work well, stays sensitive to the needs of home buyers and provides a significant number of new and existing affordable homes as these come onto the market."
