Potential for 200+ homes

From November 2008, we can help a further 200 households to purchase a home.
Terms and conditions apply.

Thanks to a special funding package negotiated with the Bank of Ireland, Co-Ownership can deliver more homes this year.

Key points of this interim package include:

Starter share options of 50%, 62.5% and 75%.
Properties up to £175,000 subject to contract and valuation.
Applications to be taken on a first come, first served basis subject to funding.
