New range of starter shares for homebuyers

There are now 9 starter share options ranging from 50% to 90%.
This extra choice applies to all applications received on or after 1st April 2009 and brings buying a home with Co-Ownership into line with the 5% options already available when staircasing.
Equity share options for homebuyers through Co-Ownershp will start at a minimum of 50%, rising to a maximum of 90% in steps of 5%:

The buyer's actual share will still be fixed by Co-Ownership Housing, once we have assessed them, just as now.
Please note - the 62.5% option will no longer be available.
