Step 5 : Sending in the application form

Send the application form to NICHA at:

Murray House

Murray Street

Belfast BT1 6DN.

To deal with the application promptly we need the appropriate fees and all of the information requested on the form to accompany it.

• Application fees
• Property leaflet
• Proof of income (the Employer’s Certificate and paperwork listed on the form for employed or self-employed applicants as appropriate)
• Landlord’s reference (the Tenancy Details form)

Because there are documents to accompany the application form, we cannot accept completed application forms online. However we can check applications on the spot if you bring the form into our office at Murray House.
