Step 9 : Decision time

We aim to give our decision promptly after the valuation report and the interview have both been completed.
If the news is good we will send the applicant a letter of acceptance, with confirmatory letters to the estate agent, financial adviser and vendor. If the application is rejected or if the applicant withdraws, we will also write to advise you with a copy to the vendor.
