What do I pay to Co-Ownership?
When you apply you will send in £250 to cover legal and valuation fees.
(made up of valuation fee £40, legal package fee £210). Our information booklet includes a full breakdown.
Your money is refundable if we can't help you, apart from the valuation fee.
You will receive a valuation report on your chosen property.
Legal expenses will vary with your chosen property and so they're paid later, direct to your solicitor.
