  • Your appointment made with Co-Ownership adviser     valuer sent property details
Day 7

By now, you have met with your Co-Ownership adviser

and valuer has visited property

 

Day 10

Decision time for most people, provided

no outstanding queries eg, missing documents, valuation queries

 

 

What do I pay to Co-Ownership?

 

When you apply you will send in £250  to cover legal and valuation fees. 

(made up of valuation fee £40, legal package fee £210).  The Key to Affording your Home information booklet includes a full breakdown.

 

Your money is refundable if we can't help you, apart from the valuation fee.

 

You will receive a valuation report on your chosen property.

Legal expenses will vary with your chosen property and so they're paid later, direct to your solicitor.
