Check out properties that are up for sale in your area with local estate agents. This will give you a good idea of what you may expect to pay.
Any kind of property may be considered for Co-Ownership, anywhere in Northern Ireland, although there are some simple rules to bear in mind. See our information leaflet for further details.
All properties are subject to contract and title, and a surveyor’s inspection for condition and market value.
Once you've a property in mind, contact us again. Based on the information you provide, we can advise you how to proceed and how much your Co-Ownership rent payment will be.
