Step 4 : What could happen to my application?
There are several stages that an application can move through.
- Received at the Co-Ownership office
- Checked for completeness
- Initial screening
- Full assessment (including property valuation and appointment with Co-Ownership staff)
- Decision (either a letter of offer or case cancellation)
- Completion (you get the keys to the front door and can move in).
From start to finish, the whole process can take weeks and maybe even months.
We will try to do our best for you throughout, and will advise you by letter about your application.
