Step 7 : Assessment
After initial screening, the next stage is called the case assessment. It is at this point that we will review the specifics of your application and supporting evidence.
In addition:
- Your property will be valued
- You will have an appointment with Co-Ownership staff to review your application.
You will receive a copy of the valuation in due course.
Appointments are normally held in Belfast but can take place elsewhere, according to demand.
